8 And the son of Pallu was Eliab. 9 The sons of Eliab were Nemuel, Dathan, and Abiram. These are the Dathan and Abiram, (A)representatives of the congregation, who contended against Moses and Aaron in the company of Korah, when they contended against the Lord; 10 (B)and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up together with Korah when that company died, when the fire devoured two hundred and fifty men; (C)and they became a sign.

8 The son of Pallu was Eliab, 9 and the sons of Eliab(A) were Nemuel, Dathan and Abiram. The same Dathan and Abiram were the community(B) officials who rebelled against Moses and Aaron and were among Korah’s followers when they rebelled against the Lord.(C) 10 The earth opened its mouth and swallowed them(D) along with Korah, whose followers died when the fire devoured the 250 men.(E) And they served as a warning sign.(F)
