Exodus 12:5

⁵The animals you choose must be year-old males without defect,^(A) and you may take them from the sheep or the goats.

⁵Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:

²⁰Do not bring anything with a defect,^(A) because it will not be accepted on your behalf.^(B)

²⁰But whatsoever hath a blemish, that shall ye not offer: for it shall not be acceptable for you.
