The Plan
Prophecy Thread of Week 50
Noah Webster's 1828 Dictionary Definition of Truth:
Conformity to fact or reality; exact accordance with that which is, or has been, or shall be. The truth of history constitutes its whole value. We rely on the truth of the scriptural prophecies.
MESSIAH HEALS THE BLIND
The prophecy gives credibility that Jesus was the Messiah. God’s own Word states only the Lord can heal the blind. And He did. This is true in the physical sense that people could see. It is also true from a spiritual sense that people’s ‘eye of understanding’ was opened to the truth. The prayer that Paul prayed for the Ephesians is one we should all pray to come to know the loving heavenly Father better (Eph 1:16-23).
