OLYMPAS ō lĭm’ pəs (̓Ολυμπᾶς, G3912). A Rom. Christian to whom Paul sent greetings (Rom 16:15). It is a shortened form of Olympiodorus or some other name compounded with Olymp-. Nothing more is known about him.
