BOCHERU bō’ kə rōō (בֹּ֨כְרוּ׃֙, meaning uncertain, perhaps early, youthful, LXX tr. as common noun πρωτότοκος αὐτοῦ, his firstborn). One of the six sons of Azel, a Benjamite. A descendant of Saul through Jonathan and Merib-baal (1 Chron 8:38; 9:44).
