BERACAH bĕr’ ə kə (KJV, BERACHAH), (בְּרָכָ֔ה, lit. blessing). 1. One of the warriors from the brethren of Saul who joined David at Ziklag (1 Chron 12:1-3).

2. A valley in the Judean wilderness W of Tekoa, identified with Wadi Bereikut, where Jehoshaphat defeated a Trans-Jordanian coalition (2 Chron 20:26).
