    Shout aloud, O daughter of Jerusalem!

    righteous and having salvation is he,
^(D)humble and mounted on a donkey,
    on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

^5 (A)“Say to the daughter of Zion,
‘Behold, your king is coming to you,
    ^(B)humble, and mounted on a donkey,
    and^[a] on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.’”

^15 (A)“Fear not, daughter of Zion;
behold, your king is coming,
    sitting on a donkey's colt!”
