7 Then I said, “Behold, I have come;
It is [a]written of me in the scroll of the book.
8 (A)I delight to do Your will, my God;
(B)Your Law is within my [b]heart.”

9 I have (C)proclaimed good news of righteousness in the great congregation;
Behold, I will (D)not restrain my lips,
Lord, (E)You know.
