    and ^(B)bread eaten in secret is pleasant.”

¹² A garden locked is my ^(A)sister, my bride,
    a spring locked, ^(B)a fountain ^(C)sealed.

¹⁵ a garden fountain, a well of ^(A)living water,
    and flowing streams from ^(B)Lebanon.

¹³ for my people have committed two evils:
^(A)they have forsaken ^(B)me,
    the fountain of ^(C)living waters,
and hewed out cisterns for themselves,
    broken cisterns that can hold no water.
