¹² But the sons of the kingdom will be thrown into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”^(A)

¹³ “Then the king told the attendants, ‘Tie him up hand and foot,^[a] and throw him into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

²⁸ There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth^(A) in that place,^(B) when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in the kingdom of God,^(C) but yourselves thrown out.
