¹² Be glad and rejoice, because your reward is great in heaven. For that is how they persecuted^(A) the prophets who were before you.^(B)

²² So you also have sorrow^[a] now. But I will see you again. Your hearts will rejoice,^(A) and no one will rob you of your joy.^(B)

⁴ Then they were all filled^(A) with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in different languages, as the Spirit gave them ability for speech.^(B)
