Ang Pulong Sa Dios
Ang Tawo nga Singkaw ug Kamot
(Mat. 12:9-14; Mar. 3:1-6)
6 Sa lain na usab nga Adlaw nga Igpapahulay misulod si Jesus sa simbahan sa mga Judio aron sa pagpanudlo. May tawo didto nga singkaw ang tuong kamot. 7 Tungod kay ang mga magtutudlo sa Kasugoan ug ang mga Pariseo nagtinguha gayod sa pagpangita ug ikapasangil batok kang Jesus, gibantayan nila pag-ayo kon ayohon ba niya kadto nga tawo sa Adlaw nga Igpapahulay. 8 Apan nahibalo si Jesus kon unsa ang ilang gihuna-huna. Busa miingon siya sa tawo nga singkaw ug kamot, “Tindog ug duol dinhi sa atubangan.” Ug mitindog siya ug miduol kang Jesus. 9 Unya miingon si Jesus sa mga magtutudlo sa Kasugoan ug sa mga Pariseo, “Unsa ba diay ang gitugot sa atong Kasugoan sa Adlaw nga Igpapahulay: ang paghimo ba ug maayo o ang paghimo ug daotan? Ang pagluwas ba sa kinabuhi, o ang pagpatay?” 10 Mitan-aw si Jesus kanilang tanan apan wala gayod sila motubag. Unya miingon siya sa tawo nga singkaw ug kamot, “Ituy-od ang imong kamot.” Gituy-od niya, ug naayo kini. 11 Apan nasuko pag-ayo ang mga magtutudlo sa Kasugoan ug ang mga Pariseo, busa gihisgotan nila kon unsay ilang himuon kang Jesus.

6 On another Sabbath(A) he went into the synagogue and was teaching, and a man was there whose right hand was shriveled. 7 The Pharisees and the teachers of the law were looking for a reason to accuse Jesus, so they watched him closely(B) to see if he would heal on the Sabbath.(C) 8 But Jesus knew what they were thinking(D) and said to the man with the shriveled hand, “Get up and stand in front of everyone.” So he got up and stood there.
9 Then Jesus said to them, “I ask you, which is lawful on the Sabbath: to do good or to do evil, to save life or to destroy it?”
10 He looked around at them all, and then said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He did so, and his hand was completely restored. 11 But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law were furious(E) and began to discuss with one another what they might do to Jesus.
