55 अँगने क बीच उ पचे आगी सुलगएन अउर एक साथे खाले बैठि गएन। पतरस भी हुवँई ओनही मँ बइठा रहा। 56 आगी क रोसनी मँ एक नउकरानी ओका हुवाँ बइठे लखेस। उ ओह पइ आँखी गड़ावत भइ कहेस, “इ मनई तउ ओकरे साथे भी रहा।”
57 मुला पतरस इन्कार करत भवा कहेस, “हे स्त्री, मइँ ओका नाहीं जानत हउँ।”

55 And when some there had kindled a fire in the middle of the courtyard and had sat down together, Peter sat down with them. 56 A servant girl saw him seated there in the firelight. She looked closely at him and said, “This man was with him.”
57 But he denied it. “Woman, I don’t know him,” he said.
