Luke 18:11-13

¹¹ The Pharisee, ^(A)standing by himself, prayed^{[a] (B)}thus: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other men, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even like this tax collector. ^12 (C)I fast twice a week; ^(D)I give tithes of all that I get.’ ¹³ But the tax collector, ^(E)standing far off, ^(F)would not even lift up his eyes to heaven, but ^(G)beat his breast, saying, ‘God, ^(H)be merciful to me, a sinner!’
