¹⁵ The elders of the group of people must put their hands on the bull’s head before the Lord, and it must be killed before the Lord. ¹⁶ Then the appointed priest must bring some of the bull’s blood into the Meeting Tent. ¹⁷ Dipping his finger in the blood, he must sprinkle it seven times before the Lord in front of the curtain.
