2 “Speak to the Israelites,[a] and say[b] to them, ‘When a man makes a vow according to your[c] proper value of persons to Yahweh, 3 if[d] your proper value is for a male[e] from twenty years of age[f] up to[g] sixty years of age,[h] then[i] your proper value shall be fifty shekels of money according to the sanctuary’s shekel. 4 But[j] if it is for a female, then[k] your proper value shall be thirty shekels.
