Then Aaron shall offer the bullock for his sin offering, (A)and make an atonement for himself, and for his house.

And he shall take the two he goats, and present them before the Lord at the door of the Tabernacle of the Congregation.

Then Aaron shall cast lots over the two he goats: one lot for the Lord, and the other for the [a]Scapegoat.
