³⁷ He shall examine the disease and see if the disease is in the walls of the house with greenish or reddish spots, which appear to go deeper than the wall. ³⁸ Then the priest shall go out to the door of the house and close off the house seven days. ³⁹ The priest shall return on the seventh day and shall examine and see if the disease has spread in the walls of the house.
