¹⁴nor your aunt—the wife of your father’s brother.^[a]

¹⁵“You may not marry your daughter-in-law—your son’s wife; ¹⁶nor your brother’s wife, for she is your brother’s.^[b]

Leviticus 18:14 nor your aunt—the wife of your father’s brother. This prohibition applied not only while her husband lived, but also after his death.
Leviticus 18:16 for she is your brother’s. Except when the brother died and left no heir, in which case his wife was left to a brother to beget children for her to carry on the name and inheritance of the deceased. See Deuteronomy 25:5.

¹⁴“‘Do not dishonor your father’s brother by approaching his wife to have sexual relations; she is your aunt.^(A)

¹⁵“‘Do not have sexual relations with your daughter-in-law.^(B) She is your son’s wife; do not have relations with her.^(C)

¹⁶“‘Do not have sexual relations with your brother’s wife;^(D) that would dishonor your brother.
