Leviticus 5:11
Common English Bible
11 If you cannot afford two doves or two pigeons, you can bring as the offering for your sin a tenth of an ephah[a] of choice flour as a purification offering. You must not put any oil on it, nor any frankincense, because it is a purification offering.

11 “‘If, however, they cannot afford(A) two doves or two young pigeons,(B) they are to bring as an offering for their sin a tenth of an ephah[a](C) of the finest flour(D) for a sin offering. They must not put olive oil or incense on it, because it is a sin offering.
