Leviticus 20:3-5
Expanded Bible
3 I will be against him and cut him off from his people, because he gave his children to Molech. He showed that he ·did not respect [profaned] my holy name, and he made my ·Holy Place [sanctuary] unclean. 4 The people of the ·community [L land] might ·ignore [close their eyes to; or connive with] that person and not kill the one who gave his children to Molech. 5 But I will ·be [L set my face] against him and his family, and I will cut him off from his people. I will do this to anyone who follows him in ·being unfaithful to me [L prostituting himself] by worshiping Molech.

New International Version
3 I myself will set my face against him and will cut him off from his people;(A) for by sacrificing his children to Molek, he has defiled(B) my sanctuary(C) and profaned my holy name.(D) 4 If the members of the community close their eyes when that man sacrifices one of his children to Molek and if they fail to put him to death,(E) 5 I myself will set my face against him and his family and will cut them off from their people together with all who follow him in prostituting themselves to Molek.
