¹⁰ He marks out the horizon on the face of the waters^(A)
    for a boundary between light and darkness.^(B)

⁹ You set a boundary^(A) they cannot cross;
    never again will they cover the earth.

¹⁹ Your wickedness will punish you;
    your backsliding^(A) will rebuke^(B) you.
Consider then and realize
    how evil and bitter^(C) it is for you
when you forsake^(D) the Lord your God
    and have no awe^(E) of me,”
