31 Let him not deceive^(F) himself by trusting what is worthless,^(G)
    for he will get nothing in return.^(H)
32 Before his time^(I) he will wither,^(J)
    and his branches will not flourish.^(K)
33 He will be like a vine stripped of its unripe grapes,^(L)
    like an olive tree shedding its blossoms.^(M)
34 For the company of the godless^(N) will be barren,
    and fire will consume^(O) the tents of those who love bribes.^(P)
35 They conceive trouble^(Q) and give birth to evil;^(R)
    their womb fashions deceit.”
