Jeremiah 49:22-24

22 Behold, he shall come up, and fly as the eagle, [a]and spread his wings over Bozrah, and at that day shall the heart of the strong men of Edom be as the heart of a woman in travail.
23 ¶ Unto [b]Damascus he saith, Hamath is confounded and Arpad, for they have heard evil tidings, and they are faint hearted as one on the fearful sea that can not rest:
24 Damascus is discouraged, and turneth herself to flight, [c]and fear hath seized her: anguish and sorrows have taken her as a woman in travail.
