61 ^(A)The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me,
    because the Lord has ^(B)anointed me
to bring good news to the poor;^[a]
    he has sent me to bind up the broken-hearted,
to proclaim liberty to the captives,
    and ^(C)the opening of the prison to those who are bound;^[b]

    to ^(C)proclaim good news to the poor.
^(D)He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives
    and ^(E)recovering of sight to the blind,
    ^(F)to set at liberty those who are oppressed,
