1 Mmere a atwam no, na Onyankopɔn nam akwan horow bebree so fa adiyifo so kasa kyerɛ yɛn mpanyimfo.
2 Mmom mmere a edi akyiri yi de, ɔnam ne Ba no so akasa akyerɛ yɛn. Ɔyɛ obi a Onyankopɔn nam ne so bɔɔ wiase. Na ɔno na Onyankopɔn ayi no sɛ awiei no, nneɛma nyinaa bɛyɛ ne de.
3 Ɔnam Onyankopɔn anuonyam hyerɛn a ɔhyerɛn no so hran. Ɔyɛ Onyankopɔn sɛso pɛpɛɛpɛ, na ɔde n’asɛm a tumi wɔ mu no so wiase mu. Ɔtew nnipa ho fi wɔn bɔne mu wiei no, ɔtenaa Otumfo Nyankopɔn nifa so wɔ soro.
4 Ɛno nti, ɔyɛɛ kɛse sen abɔfo no, efisɛ edin a Onyankopɔn de too no no yɛ kɛse sen wɔn de no. 5 Efisɛ, Onyankopɔn nso anka ankyerɛ n’abɔfo no mu biara se, “Woyɛ me Ba na nnɛ, mabɛyɛ w’agya.” Ɛnna wanka ankyerɛ ɔbɔfo biara se, “Mɛyɛ w’agya na wayɛ me Ba.” 6 Bere a Onyankopɔn pɛe sɛ ɔsoma n’abakan no ba wiase no, ɔsan kae se, “Ɛsɛ sɛ Onyankopɔn abɔfo nyinaa som no.” 7 Asɛm a Onyankopɔn ka faa abɔfo no ho ne sɛ, “Onyankopɔn yɛ n’abɔfo mframa ne n’asomfo gyadɛwee.” 8 Na ɛfa Ɔba no ho no, Onyankopɔn kae sɛ, “O, Onyankopɔn, w’ahengua bɛtena hɔ daa nyinaa; w’ahenni yɛ atɛntrenee. 9 Wodɔ trenee, na wukyi bɔne; ɛno nti na Onyankopɔn a ɔyɛ wo Nyankopɔn no yii wo hyɛɛ wo anuonyam a ɛso sen w’ahokafo no.”
10 Onyankopɔn san kae se, “Wo, Awurade, na mfitiase no wobɔɔ asase na wode w’ankasa wo nsa bɔɔ soro. 11 Ne nyinaa betwam na wo de wobɛtena hɔ; ne nyinaa behi sɛ ntamagow. 12 Wɔbɛbobɔw no sɛ atade, na wɔbɛsesa no sɛ ntade. Nanso wo de, daa wote sɛ nea wote; na wo mfe renhi da.”
13 Onyankopɔn anka ankyerɛ n’abɔfo no se, “Montena me nifa so kosi sɛ mede mo atamfo bɛyɛ mo nan ase ntiaso.”
14 Sɛ saa a, na abɔfo no yɛ dɛn? Wɔn nyinaa yɛ ahonhom a wɔsom Onyankopɔn na ɔsoma wɔn ma wɔkɔboa wɔn a wɔrehwehwɛ nkwagye no.

God’s Final Word: His Son
1 In the past God spoke(A) to our ancestors through the prophets(B) at many times and in various ways,(C) 2 but in these last days(D) he has spoken to us by his Son,(E) whom he appointed heir(F) of all things, and through whom(G) also he made the universe.(H) 3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory(I) and the exact representation of his being,(J) sustaining all things(K) by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins,(L) he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.(M) 4 So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs.(N)
The Son Superior to Angels
5 For to which of the angels did God ever say,
Or again,
6 And again, when God brings his firstborn(Q) into the world,(R) he says,
7 In speaking of the angels he says,
8 But about the Son he says,
“Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever;(U)
a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom.
9 You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness;
therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions(V)
by anointing you with the oil(W) of joy.”[e](X)
10 He also says,
“In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth,
and the heavens are the work of your hands.(Y)
11 They will perish, but you remain;
they will all wear out like a garment.(Z)
12 You will roll them up like a robe;
like a garment they will be changed.
But you remain the same,(AA)
and your years will never end.”[f](AB)
13 To which of the angels did God ever say,
14 Are not all angels ministering spirits(AF) sent to serve those who will inherit(AG) salvation?(AH)

1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:
4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:
11 They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment;
12 And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.
13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
