6 And he said to me, (A)“Son of man, (B)have you seen this?”
Then he led me back to the bank of the river. 7 As I went back, I saw on the bank of the river (C)very many trees on the one side and on the other. 8 And he said to me, “This water flows toward the eastern region and goes down into (D)the Arabah, and enters the sea;[a] when the water flows into (E)the sea, the water will become fresh.[b]

Then he led me back to the bank of the river. 7 When I arrived there, I saw a great number of trees on each side of the river.(A) 8 He said to me, “This water flows toward the eastern region and goes down into the Arabah,[a](B) where it enters the Dead Sea. When it empties into the sea, the salty water there becomes fresh.(C)
