Ezekiel 7:19
New English Translation
19 They will discard their silver in the streets, and their gold will be treated like filth.[a] Their silver and gold will not be able to deliver them on the day of the Lord’s fury.[b] They will not satisfy their hunger or fill their stomachs because their wealth[c] was the obstacle leading to their iniquity.[d]

New International Version
19 “‘They will throw their silver into the streets,(A)
and their gold will be treated as a thing unclean.
Their silver and gold
will not be able to deliver them
in the day of the Lord’s wrath.(B)
It will not satisfy(C) their hunger
or fill their stomachs,
for it has caused them to stumble(D) into sin.(E)
