³⁰They made the rosette of the holy diadem of pure gold and wrote on it an inscription, like the engraving of a signet, “Holy to the Lord.”^(A)

New International Version

³⁰They made the plate, the sacred emblem, out of pure gold and engraved on it, like an inscription on a seal: holy to the Lord.^(A)

³¹They tied to it a blue cord, to fasten it on the turban above, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

³¹Then they fastened a blue cord to it to attach it to the turban,^(A) as the Lord commanded Moses.
