³⁵ “So you shall do for Aaron and for his sons, according to all that I have commanded you; you shall ^[a]ordain them for ^(A)seven days. ^36 (B)Each day you shall offer a bull as a sin offering for atonement, and you shall ^[b]purify the altar when you make atonement ^[c]for it, and ^(C)you shall anoint it to consecrate it. ³⁷ For seven days you shall make atonement ^[d]for the altar and consecrate it; then ^(D)the altar shall be most holy, and whatever touches the altar shall be holy.

³³ And ^(A)you shall not go outside the doorway of the tent of meeting for seven days, until the day that the period of your ordination is fulfilled; for he will ^[a]ordain you through seven days.

³⁵ At the doorway of the tent of meeting, moreover, you shall remain day and night for seven days and ^(A)fulfill your duty to the Lord, so that you will not die; for so I have been commanded.”
