⁷Keep far from a false charge, and do not kill the innocent and those in the right, for I will not acquit the guilty.^(A)

New International Version

⁷Have nothing to do with a false charge^(A) and do not put an innocent^(B) or honest person to death,^(C) for I will not acquit the guilty.^(D)

⁵It is not right to be partial to the guilty
or to subvert the innocent in judgment.^(A)

⁵It is not good to be partial to the wicked^(A)
and so deprive the innocent of justice.^(B)
