Deuteronomy 2:5-7
New English Translation
5 Do not be hostile toward them, because I am not giving you any of their land, not even a footprint, for I have given Mount Seir[a] as an inheritance for Esau. 6 You may purchase[b] food to eat and water to drink from them. 7 All along the way I, the Lord your God,[c] have blessed your every effort.[d] I have[e] been attentive to[f] your travels through this great wilderness. These forty years I have[g] been with you; you have lacked nothing.’”
