¹³^(A)And I will stretch over Jerusalem the measuring line of Samaria, and the plumb line of the house of Ahab, and I will wipe Jerusalem as one wipes a dish, wiping it and turning it upside down.

“Behold, I am setting ^(D)a plumb line
    in the midst of my people Israel;
    ^(E)I will never again pass by them;
⁹^(F)the high places of Isaac shall be made desolate,
    and the sanctuaries of Israel shall be laid waste,
