⁷ by the word of truth,^[a](A) by the power of God;^(B) through weapons of righteousness for the right hand and the left,

⁴ since the weapons of our warfare^(A) are not of the flesh, but are powerful^(B) through God for the demolition of strongholds. We demolish arguments

¹¹ Put on^(A) the full armor^(B) of God so that you can stand against the schemes of the devil.

¹³ For this reason take up the full armor^(A) of God, so that you may be able to resist^(B) in the evil day, and having prepared everything, to take your stand.

⁸ But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled^(A) and put on the armor^(B) of faith and love, and a helmet^(C) of the hope of salvation.
