¹⁰And Asa went out to meet him, and ^(A)they drew up their lines of battle in the Valley of Zephathah at ^(B)Mareshah.

New International Version

¹⁰Asa went out to meet him, and they took up battle positions in the Valley of Zephathah near Mareshah.

²²But the people, the men of Israel, took courage, and again formed the battle line in the same place where they had formed it on the first day.

²²But the Israelites encouraged one another and again took up their positions where they had stationed themselves the first day.

²And Saul and the men of Israel were gathered, and encamped in ^(A)the Valley of Elah, and drew up in line of battle against the Philistines.
