47 But he kept with him three thousand men, of whom he left two thousand in Galilee while one thousand accompanied him. 48 Then as soon as Jonathan entered Ptolemais, the people of Ptolemais closed the gates and seized him; all who had entered with him, they killed with the sword.(A)
