23 “मेरो आफ्नै शक्तिद्वारा यो प्रतिज्ञा गर्छु। अनि जब प्रतिज्ञा सत्य हो। जुन कुरा विषयमा म वचन दिँन्छु त्यो हुने नै छ। अनि म वचन दिँदछु कि प्रत्येक मानिस मेरो समक्ष झुक्नेछ। अनि प्रत्येक मानिसले मलाई पछ्याउने प्रतिज्ञा गर्नेछ।
