148 خداوند کی حمد کرو۔
آسمان کے فرشتو!
خداوند کی حمد آسمان سے کرو !
2 اے اُس کے فرشتو! سب اُس کی حمدکرو۔
اے اُس کے لشکرو! سب اُس کی حمدکرو۔
3 اے سُورج! اے چاند! تم خداوند کی حمد کرو۔
اے آسمان کے نُورانی ستارو! تم خدا کی حمدکرو۔
4 اے بہشتوں کے بہشت! اُس کی حمدکرو۔
اے آسمان پر کے اوپر کا پانی ! اس کی ستا ئش کر۔
5 خداوند کے نام کی حمد کرو۔
کیوں؟ کیوں کہ خداوند نے حکم دیا اور ہم سب کو اس نے پیدا کیا تھا۔
6 خداوند نے اُن کو ابدُلآباد کے لئے قائم کیا ہے۔
خدا نے شریعت بنا ئی جو کبھی بھی ختم نہیں ہوگی۔
7 اے زمین کی ہر شئے ، خداوندکی حمدکرو۔
سمندر کے عظیم سمندری جانور و، خدا کی حمد کرو۔
8 خداوند نے آگ اور اولے کو بنا یا ،
برف اور کُہر ے کے علا وہ سبھی طُوفانی ہوا ئیں، اس نے بنا ئیں۔
9 خدا نے پہاڑوں اور ٹیلوں کو بنا یا ،
میوہ دار پیڑ اور دیودار اُسی نے بنا ئے ہیں۔
10 خداوند نے سارے جنگلی جانور اور سب مویشی بنا ئے ہیں۔
رینگنے وا لے جانور اور پرند ے بنا ئے ہیں۔
11 خدا نے بادشاہوں اور قوموں کو زمین پر بنا یا۔
خدا نے رہنما ؤں اور منصفوں کو بنا یا۔
12 خداوند نے نوجوانوں اور کنواریوں کو بنا یا۔
خداوند نے بچوں اور بوڑھوں کو بنا یا۔
13 سب خداوند کے نام کی حمد کریں۔
ہمیشہ اُس کے نام کا احترام کریں۔
اُس کا جلال زمین اور آسمان سے بُلند ہے۔
14 خداوند اپنے لوگوں کو مضبوط کرے گا۔
لوگ خداوند کے لوگوں کی ستائش کریں گے۔
لوگ اِسرائیل کی مدح سرائی کریں گے۔
یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جِن کے لئے خداوند جنگ کر تا ہے۔

Praise the Lord from the heavens;(B)
praise him in the heights above.
2 Praise him, all his angels;(C)
praise him, all his heavenly hosts.(D)
3 Praise him, sun(E) and moon;
praise him, all you shining stars.
4 Praise him, you highest heavens(F)
and you waters above the skies.(G)
5 Let them praise the name(H) of the Lord,
for at his command(I) they were created,
6 and he established them for ever and ever—
he issued a decree(J) that will never pass away.
7 Praise the Lord(K) from the earth,
you great sea creatures(L) and all ocean depths,(M)
8 lightning and hail,(N) snow and clouds,
stormy winds that do his bidding,(O)
9 you mountains and all hills,(P)
fruit trees and all cedars,
10 wild animals(Q) and all cattle,
small creatures and flying birds,
11 kings(R) of the earth and all nations,
you princes and all rulers on earth,
12 young men and women,
old men and children.
13 Let them praise the name of the Lord,(S)
for his name alone is exalted;
his splendor(T) is above the earth and the heavens.(U)
14 And he has raised up for his people a horn,[b](V)
the praise(W) of all his faithful servants,(X)
of Israel, the people close to his heart.(Y)
Praise the Lord.

3 Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.
4 Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.
5 Let them praise the name of the Lord: for he commanded, and they were created.
6 He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.
7 Praise the Lord from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:
8 Fire, and hail; snow, and vapours; stormy wind fulfilling his word:
9 Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:
10 Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:

13 Let them praise the name of the Lord: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.
14 He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the Lord.
