Psalm 16:5-7

⁵Lord, you are my portion^[a]
and my cup of blessing;
you hold my future.^(A)
⁶The boundary lines have fallen for me
in pleasant places;
indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance.^(B)

⁷I will bless the Lord who counsels me^(C)—
even at night when my thoughts trouble me.^[b]^(D)
